Apexwill Overview

Cashback Terms

Earn up to 2.5% cashback on eligible purchases. Certain exclusions may apply. Allow up to 90 days for cashback to be confirmed.

Apexwill offers a range of electric dirt bikes, moto-style e-bikes, and accessories including batteries, chargers, and helmets. You can enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. e-bike orders, making it easier to save on your next purchase.

Shipping and returns at Apexwill

Apexwill provides free standard shipping on all e-bike orders within the contiguous U.S., with delivery expected in 3 to 7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping may take 7 to 14 days. If you need to return an item, you have a 30-day window from the delivery date, but be aware that return shipments must be sent within 7 days after receiving the return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Return policy at Apexwill

When returning items, they must be in new, unused condition with no more than 2 miles of use. You will need to include the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Apexwill covers the cost of returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items, while customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns due to a change of mind. There is no restocking fee, but certain items like gift cards and clearance products are excluded from returns.
