Shipping and returns at HomeSquare

HomeSquare offers free shipping on orders that total $300 or more. For orders below this threshold, standard delivery fees vary based on the service or item selected. Shipping methods include Ground, Truck Freight, and White Glove options, which can take between 1 to 17 business days.

When it comes to returns, you have a narrow window of 5 calendar days from delivery to report any damage, defects, or wrong items. Note that buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted, and certain items, like custom orders and opened bedding, are non-returnable. Be mindful that refused deliveries incur a 20% restocking fee.
