Kurtens specializes in technical curtains, including 3-in-1 thermal, soundproof, and blackout curtains, as well as made-to-measure options. You can enjoy free shipping on all orders, making it easy to save on your purchases.

Shipping and returns at Kurtens

Kurtens offers free standard delivery with no minimum order required. Standard curtains typically dispatch within 48 working hours, while made-to-measure curtains have a production time of 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates range from 5–10 business days after dispatch, with made-to-measure orders taking a total of 10–17 business days.

Return policy for standard curtains

You can return standard curtains within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. If you need to return items, you will pay for return postage and have an additional 14 days to send them back. However, made-to-measure curtains do not qualify for change-of-mind returns, including those with measurement errors.
