Cashback Terms

Earn up to 7.5% cashback on eligible purchases. Certain exclusions may apply. Allow up to 90 days for cashback to be confirmed.

Outbound specializes in performance sun care products designed for golf and outdoor sports, including SPF 50 sunscreen and cooling towels. You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 USD before tax, making it easier to stock up on your sun protection needs.

Shipping and returns at Outbound

Outbound offers flat-rate U.S. shipping with standard delivery taking 3–7 business days after dispatch. For returns, you have a 30-day window from the purchase date for eligible items. Approved returns must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving your return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Return conditions at Outbound

To successfully return an item, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Be aware that returns for international orders, final-sale items, promotional bundles, and limited-edition collaborations are not accepted. If you need to return defective or incorrect orders, Outbound covers the shipping costs, while customers are responsible for return postage on items sent from Alaska or Hawaii.
