How to Save at Scout & Cellar

Scout & Cellar features a rewards program known as the Scout Circle® Wine Club. Members receive 10% off all purchases, free shipping on every order, and access to exclusive deals and limited releases. This program enhances your shopping experience while rewarding you for your loyalty.

Shipping Thresholds and Fees

To qualify for free shipping, your order must exceed $150. For orders below this amount, standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. incurs a flat fee of $49 for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Typically, orders ship and arrive within 5–7 business days, ensuring timely access to your selections.

Return Policy and Conditions

Scout & Cellar has a satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to make claims within 90 days of your order date. For damaged items, you have 7 days from receipt to report issues, while quality concerns must be addressed within 30 days. Returns may incur a 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
