Cashback Terms

Earn up to 5% cashback on eligible purchases. Certain exclusions may apply. Allow up to 90 days for cashback to be confirmed.

Unnecto offers a selection of mobile phones from the Eco, Bolt, and Snap series, along with the Tab tablet. Notably, Unnecto provides free shipping on all orders, making it easy to save on delivery costs.

Shipping and returns at Unnecto

Unnecto ships to the US with no charge for UPS Ground delivery on every order. You have a 30-day return window after confirmed delivery to return items. Remember, returns are accepted only for items in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. If you need to return something, you will have to pay for return shipping unless the item has damage from the manufacturer or a malfunction.

Return policy at Unnecto

The return policy at Unnecto requires you to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending back an item. Full refunds are granted only if items are returned in their original, intact packaging. Unnecto does not accept returns for damaged items, missing accessories, or any signs of abuse, including screen cracks or water damage.
